1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Hijau88 ("Hijau88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at hijau88.cam and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein.

By accessing the Hijau88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Hijau88 platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Hijau88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Hijau88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Hijau88 or any other regulated gambling operator.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Hijau88 reserves the right to conduct age verification and identity checks at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict or close the Account and return unspent real money funds subject to applicable checks.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Hijau88 platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all bonus funds and, in cases of suspected fraud, real money funds pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.

Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Hijau88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Hijau88 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at any point during a Player's use of the platform at Hijau88's discretion.

Verification documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);

6. Deposits & Payments

Hijau88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All Account balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposit methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Hijau88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• In the event of a depositing error or technical failure, Players must contact support with evidence of the transaction within 72 hours.
• Hijau88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to method availability. Players may request withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay), bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via FPX), or USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency wallet.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits as stated in the platform at the time of request.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry windows. These promotion-specific terms take precedence over any general statements in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Hijau88 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During active bonus wagering, individual bet sizes must not exceed the stated maximum (typically MYR 25–MYR 50 per round or spin). Breaching this limit constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (10%–20%). Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Hijau88 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where permitted by the rules of the specific event.
• In the event of manifest pricing errors, Hijau88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hijau88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports events;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools or self-exclusion arrangements;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Hijau88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited;
• Genuine, verified real money deposits may be returned at Hijau88's discretion following completion of applicable AML and fraud checks;
• Hijau88 will not be liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from an account suspension or closure made in good faith.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have elected self-exclusion may not reopen their Account during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

12. Responsible Gambling

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hijau88's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

Hijau88 will not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hijau88 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the applicable jurisdiction.

16. Amendments to These Terms
